Private: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Patio, garden furniture, fireplace, barbecue house. In the house: table football. (16 steps). Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5.5 km, railway station "Itri(Roma-Napoli)" 8 km, ferry "Isole Pontine" 20 km.
