This modern terrace house, is located in a residential cul-de-sac. The front door opens in to a small hall with a downstairs loo. The open plan sitting dining room is light and accesses the galley kitchen. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The beds are comfy, the shower is whooshy, there’s even a corkscrew in the drawer. With on street parking this is perfect for a few weeks to tide you over or a lovely spot for a break.

Each of our properties is carefully selected and individually designed for the clients we think might want to stay there. Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.
