Comfortable cottage in a privileged area of Umag. The holiday home is completely furnished with care and love to make every guest feel at home. The air-conditioned holiday home has a magnificent, well-kept, and fenced garden. In the garden, there is a private barbecue, an outdoor area, and garden furniture for warm summer evenings. The accommodation has two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds that can be joined, a kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs, a bathroom with a shower, a bath, a bidet, and a washing machine, a hairdryer, free WiFi, and a TV. Satellite in the veranda with table, bench, and chairs.
There is a possibility to park your car safely inside the enclosure of the structure.
Pets are allowed (maximum one small-sized pet; on request, a supplement of € 10 per day to be paid on arrival in cash).
The accommodation is very close to the supermarket 100 m, 200 m from the Umag promenade and the sea, while the distance from the beach is 900 m, 450 m from the gas station, 10 m from the restaurant, and 900 m from the center of Umag. It is located in a privileged position, within a few minutes walking distance to the beach and the city center.
Ideal for those who love intimacy, comfort, enjoy summer evenings outdoors, and would like to spend days of rest in the large equipped garden.
It is located in an area that has been in great demand by tourists. The beach is 900 m but easily reachable on foot or by the tourist train (stop 150 m from the house).
* Registration € 7 per person only on the first day to be paid locally on arrival.

Wir haben 12 Nächte im Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist alles hochwertig eingerichtet und es fehlt an Nichts. Die freistehende Terasse ist gemütlich und die Wege zum Einkaufen usw. kurz. Die Straße ist zwar viel befahren, aber im Haus hört man das kaum. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und jederzeit ans...
