"VILLA OREGANO", was born in about three hectares of land entirely enclosed by stone walls aged by time.

The villa is accessed via a quiet cattle track, typical of the Apulian countryside dominated by impressive ancient olive trees with equally beautiful almond trees, figs and prickly pears. The villa has some aesthetic forms very simple in it but there are a few items of furniture calibrated at the crossing of rustic and modern.

There are two double bedrooms with wrought iron bed, bedside tables and wardrobe in the old style.

On the back veranda in wood and canes with a rustic wooden table and chairs, ideal for dinner.

From the villa along a small path / driveway made of white breccia with the presence of several Mediterranean plants and fruit trees and you will reach the majestic pool chlorine with mosaic tiles.

The pool has three levels of height.

The pool is surrounded by stone walls, there are two solarium set up with sofas, chairs and beds, shower area.

Surrounding lawn with olive trees and fruit.

From the pool is accessed through another avenue to the outdoor dining area, that area is made up of large iron gazebo with canes shade, wood oven with bbq.

This area is set up with tables and benches rustic. 2 sinks and a large marble table top.

Supply wood always available.

The villa is single and independent with entrance gate and parking, garden and pool area are common areas to other similar accommodation in the same soil.
