For relaxing holidays by the water, a small corner of paradise "hidden" at the bottom of a sea cove, very close to the estuary, 7 minutes from the beaches of Benodet.
Property of more than 13 000 m² in a preserved natural environment.
Capacity: 12 to 16 people. (6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms).
Jacuzzi 6 seats. Direct access to the river with paddle, canoe, etc.
Possibility to swim and fish sea bream in the cove, facing the house. Recently refurbished and enlarged house, currently in the process of being finished: this is why some rooms are missings in the photos. New photos coming soon for: 3 of 6 bedrooms, 2 of 4 bathrooms, living room area, outdoor furniture. South oriented with large bay windows allowing to enjoy the view of the cove from almost all rooms. An open space of 75 m² with large dining table, living room and TV 75'', kitchen, hall. Large stone terrace with tables, chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs and a 6-seats Jacuzzi.
