This luxurious apartment, restored in 2017, is located on the 1st floor of the Hotel d'Alfonce, a 17th century private mansion classified as a Historic Monument where MOLIERE played the comedy, the classified parts of this beautiful mansion are: la Loggia, la Gallery of Torso Columns, and the hollow core screw staircase which are architectural jewels
The rented apartment overlooks the beautiful Loggia and the Torsian Columns Gallery is part of this apartment
It consists of 2 very large rooms with their bathroom, A children's room with 2 beds 90 cm, a large comfortable lounge with large TV and WIFI overlooking the LOGGIA, a very large kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine dryer, fridge, microwave and plenty of storage space, which also overlooks the LOGGIA.

THE beautiful LOGGIA: Masterpiece of the seventeenth century The surface area of the apartment is 160 m2 The apartment is very quiet because it overlooks two large private courtyards where there is no noise The quiet and old stones steeped in history make it a place conducive to rest and meditation We rent the apartment for almost 1 year and the appreciations of the tenants are very good.
The apartment likes a lot To make access to the apartment easier, we have a parking space in a secure private parking located 80 meters from the apartment All shops are nearby and there is a restaurant very popular with gourmets right in front of us The Vieux Pézenas is 150 meters, very accessible by foot Au Printemps and in summer, it is very attractive and very alive.
Numerous stalls of various artisanal products and shops of mouths make of it a very appreciated place. Many cultural activities take place at the Little Theater (beautifully restored) and at the Illustre Théatre.
Every night you have a show all summer long Not far from Pézenas there is the Mediterranean Sea: Agde, Cap d'Agde, Sète, Vias, Marseillan are between 15 and 20 km Architectural Wonders: The Abbey of Valmagne with its beautiful cloister (15 km), St Thibéry with its Basaltic rocks (10 km), the Castle of Cassan (20 km) Remarkable sites like Saint Guilhem the Desert, Cirque de Navacelles, Gorges d'Eric, Lake Salagou, Cirque de Mouréze are only thirty kilometers, the Grottes des Demoiselles ...... The sky is always blue, the smile of the people constant, it is good to live at Us.

Il s'agit bien du célèbre l'Hôtel d'Alfonce (parfois orthographié "Alfonse") dont des parties sont classées. L'extérieur est superbe, l'intérieur bien aménagé.
Seul problème: la chambre donne directement sur la cage d'escalier qui est parfois bruyante le matin.
