This lovely annexe is well furnished, with everything provided for comfort, including garden space. It is near enough to Lincoln, so getting about is easy. Check in and out was easy, and owners, who live next door, are on hand to help out, they also checked in regularly to make sure all was okay. All in all a great stay.

The Annex is a great place to stay, just outside the main city of Lincoln. It has all the things you need for a short or longer break. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures. It's a reasonable walk to the heart of Lincoln (44 mins to the cathedral), but there are plenty of buses and we got Ubers easily. Definitely recommend.

We came here as a weekend away to see James at Lincoln castle and would definitely book again when we next visit Lincoln. Spotlessly clean and it was lovely to use the garden in the sunshine. A pleasant 30 minute walk into the city along the river and Wendy and Jim kept in regular contact in case we had any questions. A lovely little place! Thank you Wendy and Jim . Hopefully be back soon!
