This approximately 48 sq m studio apartment, ideal for two people and accommodating up to four thanks to a comfortable sofa bed, comprises:

We are located in Greve, just a stone's throw from Florence, in the most authentic heart of Tuscany, immersed in the enchanting scenery of the Chianti hills.
We chose to name our accommodation after the Black Rooster, a symbol of the Chianti Classico wine production area.
The apartment is recently renovated, furnished and organized in a clever blend of tradition and modernity. It is fresh and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a large-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
For groups of more than two to four guests and up to six to ten guests, it is possible to book this accommodation together with the adjacent Casa Vacanze Bacco, enjoying exclusive use of a large terrace overlooking the vineyards.
Ample free public parking is available in front of the house.
This accommodation is the ideal solution for those seeking tranquility without sacrificing comfort. It is located in a quiet area near the center of Greve in Chianti. A pleasant stroll takes you to the famous Piazza Matteotti, home to traditional craft shops, restaurants, services, and tourist and cultural attractions such as the Wine Museum and the Museum of San Francesco.
Greve is an excellent starting point for those wishing to visit the Chianti area, being located approximately halfway between Florence and Siena along the Via Chiantigiana, which connects the two cities through the entirety of the beautiful Chianti valley. The restaurant-pizzeria-wine bar "La Cantina" is open daily from 10:00 a.m. until midnight. Alessandro awaits you at any time of day for a meal, a tasty snack, or simply a cheerful toast. An aperitif and a delicious selection of homemade desserts are offered with every meal.
