Villa entirely renovated in 2011 with a vast stay giving on a terrace of 30 m ², all located in a park of 5000 m ² maintained and paysagé. Very quiet and without nuisance, this villa is independent with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. It benefits from high quality services. Located less than 2 km (s) from the center of Dieulefit (Drôme Provençale) and its shops, our holiday residence consists of 3 units with swimming pool and tennis court.

Séjour idéal à Dieulefit.
Le Patio est situé dans une belle propriété.
À 3 minutes du centre du village, on y est accueilli par des propriétaires charmants et disponibles. Le Patio est l'une des 3 résidences de la propriété. Bien équipée, la maison est pleine de charme, le jardin est calme, fleuri et très arboré. Belle piscine et beau tennis. On reviendra.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnunhg, gut beheizbar. Stadtzentrum von Dieulefit 2km entfernt, mit dem Rad kein Problem. Überhaupt. Hevorragender Ausgangspunkt für Rennrad-Touren und Wanderungen in den Bergen.
