Apartment on three levels in city centre Guilvinec, private courtyard with table and barbecue.
The space is very quiet thanks to double glazed windows; however, the area is very lively due to the two weekly markets that take place under the windows, the petanque field nearby, and the rear port.
The apartment is located above a shop of craftsmen.
Near the shops, a few hundred metres from the port of the centre of discovery of the marine environment "Haliotika", 1 km from the beach of the White Strike, and a few hundred metres from the rocks of Men Meur (entrance to the port)
Newly renovated apartment including:
On the ground floor :
Entrance and shower (convenient when returning from the beach)
Ground floor :
- a very large living room with a sofa and a "BZ", kitchen, table 8 people, television, living room
- three bedrooms with double beds 140x190
- Bathroom, wc

Die komfortable Ferienwohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone mit vielen interessanten und nützlichen Geschäften, Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind keine 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, selbst wenn man wie ich nur sehr wenig Französisch sprechen kann...Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt.

Appartement spacieux et très agréable. La propriétaire accepte les chiens ce qui est un plus indéniable.
L'appartement est situé dans le centre du Guilvinec, mais l'environnement reste calme. Il est charmant et propre.
Un petit bémol sur la literie qui pourrait être plus confortable mais le rapport qualité/prix est très correcte. Je recommande.
