Eth Gauéc is a beautiful and welcoming semi-detached house located in the village of Betrén. It is situated just 14 km from the Baqueira Beret ski resort and only 50 metres from Vielha, where guests can enjoy the best leisure activities, restaurants and services in the Val d'Aran.
The main entrance to the property is located on the first floor, where a spacious entrance hall leads into a large living and dining area with a fireplace and direct access to a magnificent 45 m² terrace. From here, guests can enjoy spectacular views of La Tuca mountain. This floor also features a large independent kitchen, fully equipped with high-quality appliances and kitchenware.
On the second floor, there are four bedrooms. The first bedroom features a trundle bed accommodating up to two guests. This floor also includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a spacious balcony, and a fourth bedroom equipped with two single beds.
The third floor offers a large open-plan lounge area furnished with three sofas and a central table, perfect for relaxing, reading, watching television or spending quality time with family and friends. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for studying or remote working.
The property includes a private garage with space for two vehicles, as well as plenty of room to store skis, bicycles and other sports equipment. The garage has direct access from the ground floor of the house. Wi-Fi is included.

La casa és perfecta, la situación inmejorable cerca de vielha donde íbamos andando pero fuera del bullício. La casa és grande y cómoda con una sala enorme en la 2da planta donde podíamos ver la tv todos juntos o jugar a cartas. Íbamos dos parejas y 4 niños y hemos estado genial. Comíamos en la terra...
