Beautiful house dating from 1830 with a modern extension of 250 m² in a quiet residential area, 30 m from the banks of the Marne, for lovely walks or bike rides and 1 minute's walk from public transport (RER), to be in the heart of Paris in 20 minutes or at Disneyland in 45 minutes (30 minutes by car)!
The house has a kitchen opening onto the dining room and 2 living rooms on the ground floor, 1 master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds) with their own bathroom on the 2nd floor.
A sleeping area with 2 single beds is provided in the basement gym. You can play table tennis and darts and do sport in the basement.
The house also has a baby grand piano. You can make use of the large garden to relax, have dinner and have barbecues.

First time in France and the home gave my friends and I a nice experience in a beautiful neighborhood without all the rush of central Paris. We had a market area near by along with the a beautiful river walk area. Host was responsive and near by if we needed anything.
