Situated in a rural area, this welcoming villa brings all of Arriate within your reach.
Jump into your car and make short work of the 10-minute drive to Puente Nuevo Bridge or the 11-minute drive to Reservatauro Ronda (and enjoy the property's convenient on-site parking in the meantime). Once you've returned to this 1076-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the private pool or sip a drink in the garden.
You may also like the porch/lanai and BBQ. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the Wi-Fi, cable/satellite TV, stereo and DVD player. As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a fireplace and air conditioning.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker, a microwave and cookware.
And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Families with little ones will appreciate the high chair and travel cot at this property.
There is also a selection of games to enjoy.
