Our beautiful country-style house with a spacious garden is located in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in France on the southern French Atlantic coast, the Cote d’argent. It is about 300m from the sea as the crow flies.

The detached holiday home surrounded by cork oaks is located in a very quiet residential area of Labenne-Océan on a plot of approx. 1,300 m².

The long sandy beach is only about 300 meters away on foot. In the center (approx. 1 km) there are some restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a supermarket, a bakery, a surfboard rental, a mini golf course, etc.

The holiday home has a living space of 140 square meters. The house has four bedrooms with a beautiful view of the garden. The three bedrooms on the first floor (sloping ceilings) each have two single beds or a 140 cm wide bed (1 room). The two bedrooms on the first floor facing the back garden have a shared balcony. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a bath, toilet and two large sinks.

On the ground floor, the bedroom, bathroom and a small hallway form a unit that is spatially separated from the living area. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds that can be combined into a 180 cm wide double bed. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower and two large sinks, the toilet is separate. All bedrooms have a built-in closet.

The French-style, spacious living area has a dining area, a bar and a seating area with German satellite TV. The fireplace can be fired with the available wood and creates a cozy atmosphere in the house. The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge with freezer compartment, an induction hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine and plenty of dishes and pots.

Enjoy the delicious French baguette and warm croissants for breakfast on the covered, Mediterranean terrace or grill fresh fish in the outdoor fireplace in the evening. Thanks to the warm temperatures in summer, you can sit outside by the log fire and a glass of French red wine until late at night and listen to the roaring surf. The large garden also offers plenty of space to sunbathe on our sun loungers and shady places to relax and read.

The house has a garage and parking in the driveway in front of the house.

The house has electric heating and is set up for 8 people.

Most of the houses in the neighborhood are inhabited by locals all year round.
