Luxurious villa in a private, quiet street in the village of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, between Nice and Monaco. Just 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants, shops and Casino. Close to Villefranche-sur-Mer and the exclusive area of St. Jean-Cap-Ferrat with its stunning walks along the coast.
The property is a fully air conditioned villa which has a high standard.
The elegant, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room on the first floor opens onto a beautiful 50 sqm terrace, ideal for entertaining and with a lovely sea view. On the ground floor there are 4 double bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. In the basement there is a summer kitchen with direct access to the pool area. There is also a bathroom, a laundry room and technical room.
Outside there is a nice garden and a pool area. Here you will find a lounge and 6 sun beds from DEDON.

Our 2 adult daughters, 6 month old grandchild and sons in law had a wonderful 2 week stay in Baard’s lovely villa. It exceeded our expectations and we hope to return again from Vancouver Canada. Baard and Amalia were responsive and helpful.

We stayed a week in beautiful Beaulieu-sur-Mer, an area in which we’ve stayed many times but this time, we accompanied our son, his wife and three small children.
The house exceeded our expectations: spacious, comfortable and well appointed.
