This top modern 2 room apartment is part of an architecturally attractive and modern city villa which is centrally located in the south of Remscheid on Intzeplatz.
Location and surroundings:
The transport connection is optimal, bus & train are within walking distance in a few minutes and by car you are in 3-5 minutes in the city center or on the motorway (A1).
It takes about 20 minutes to the A46. Very good connection to the cities of Wuppertal / Solingen.
