Appartement agréable, propre, spacieux disposant de volets électriques et d'un très grand balcon faisant angle, au 1e étage donc pas besoin d'ascenseur même si l'immeuble en dispose. Parking gratuit. Idéalement situé à proximité du centre et de l'axe routier menant aux plages. Hôte très réactive et sympathique.Même à 2, un réfrigérateur un peu plus grand serait vraiment parfait.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, conforme à la description, proche du centre historique, accessible en 10-15 minutes à pied. Le parking, sans place attitrée mais réservé à la résidence est un plus.
