From the covered outdoor terrace (approx 45m2) you have a great view of the Bay of Roses and the large pool terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area invite you to relax.
The property is completely fenced.
There is a parking lot on the property for one car and enough space for bicycles and motorbikes.
There are also parking spaces in front of the house.

Grande maison avec studio indépendant .
Le four ne fonctionne pas la télé est uniquement en Allemand mais l’agence nous a fourni un module français.(très sympa)
La porte de la salle de bain du studio indépendant ne ferme pas.
A l’arrivée comme au départ l’hôte était très pressée
Il faut avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer à pied la plage et les commerces sont assez loin
