'Mas et Jardin' is located at the end of a path winding through the vineyards of the lower Vivarais, in the heart of the southern Ardèche, close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Grotte Chauvet 2 nature reserves. Only ten minutes from the tourist villages of Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms, its location allows you to be in the immediate vicinity of all the sporting, cultural and gastronomic activities of this magnificent region.
The cottage has a panoramic terrace overlooking the garden.
The garden is private and closed with its swimming pool, a summer lounge, a barbecue (charcoal) with an arbor table for your meals, and a bowling alley (+ games for children, swing, ping-pong table, trampoline, goals of soccer).
This place is a real invitation to idleness and summer pleasures and in winter, it ensures you beautiful evenings by the fireplace.

Très beau séjour en Ardèche dans ce gite idéalement situé. L'espace extérieur est très bien aménagé et idéal pour passer des bons moments.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et pleins de bons conseils.
