Perfect location for walking to everything. Timothe was very helpful and the apartment was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Be mindful that the apartment is 70 steps up, but once up, the view of old Dijon is lovely.

Julia and Tom were very communicative before and during our stay. It’s an older unit, in a great walkable neighborhood.The reason for the lower rating was that the owner knew of a temporarily fixed leaky ceiling and still put the unit for rental during rainy season.
