The apartment is located near Birmingham NEC / Airport / Gentings Arena and Resorts World within a brand new housing development. It is built above a block of garages creating a fully detached exciting space for guests to enjoy.

The Coach House is a great apartment for both business or vacation travellers. Fully equipped with large open plan kitchen / diner lounge area, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with separate shower. The apartment also comes with reserved car parking.

We provide clean towels, fresh bed linen and other essentials such as toiletries and toilet paper.

As an additional guest compliment, we provide some basic provisions to ensure whatever time you arrive you can always have a hot drink and toast as minimum.

This includes: Tea / Sugar / Coffee / Fresh Milk / Bread / Butter & chilled bottles of water in the fridge.
