On the ground floor, you’ll find: -a large open space: living room, dining room, and library area. -a spacious, fully equipped separate kitchen. -1 bedroom (double bed) with a bathroom (shower) and a toilet. 1 separate toilet Upstairs: -2 double bedrooms, one with a bathroom and the other with a shower room -separate toilet

With no neighbouring homes directly across the way, you’ll enjoy a view overlooking the charming Provençal village of Salernes, which is less than a 5-minute walk away. The village is renowned for its pottery and its beautiful weekly markets (Wednesdays and Sunday mornings).
•Surroundings: village less than 1 km away, tennis courts 5 minutes away, driving range and 4-hole course 2 km away, nearby shops, supermarkets. Near: Tourtour, Villecroze, Sillans-La-Cascade, Aups, Lorgues, Entrecasteaux, Le Thoronet, etc.
The house is about a 45-minute drive from the sea and the popular seaside resort of Saint-Tropez, not to mention all the charming villages to visit and explore. A 20-minute drive from Lake Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, offering incredible views and a wide range of sports activities (water sports, hiking, etc.)
