Can Ramon is a house for 11 people located in Sant Boi, a town in the Barcelona region, ideal for families seeking accommodation with all kinds of amenities nearby for tourism in Barcelona.
Due to its proximity to Barcelona Airport (10 minutes away) and Fira de BCN (15 minutes away), it is the ideal accommodation for businesses.
With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, perfect for maintaining privacy. The property enjoys a privileged location, being 10 km from Prat-Barcelona Airport, 12 km from the beautiful beaches of Castelldefels, and 30 km from the picturesque town of Sitges.
Additionally, for all nature lovers, the house is located at the foot of Mount Sant Ramon, an ideal place to explore its trails and climb to the Hermitage of Sant Ramon for beautiful views. Around Can Ramon, you will find a variety of shops and supermarkets for all your shopping needs. The house has the following layout: At street level, there is a private, uncovered space for parking two cars with access to the house: The ground floor includes a living-dining room with access to a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, refrigerator, hob, coffee maker... and all types of utensils.
A full bathroom and a double bedroom.
There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. 1st Floor: Features 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and another with a single bed and a bunk bed, a full bathroom, and a spacious terrace. 2nd Floor: An attic with a work area, two single beds, a full bathroom, and a terrace. The entire house has air conditioning and heating. The accommodation is exclusively for guests.
You will not share any areas with anyone else. One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of your stay.
If you wish for a change of sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra cost. Cleaning during the stay is not included.

You can consult me about anything you need before and during your stay. Upon your arrival, I will personally be there to welcome you, show you the house, and explain how everything works. I can also advise you on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, local festivals, supermarkets to shop at... and anything else you may need. If you need my help during your stay, I will be happy to assist you. Quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is a bus stop a few minutes from the house with frequent buses to Barcelona. There is also a train station a 20-minute walk from the house. Taxi service is available 24 hours. RESERVATION CONDITIONS Groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OLD are not allowed to book. *** The house IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR YOUNG GROUPS *** This house is designed for family enjoyment in a quiet, pleasant, and residential environment. *** If you are looking to organize a big party, loud music, and disturb the neighbors, this villa is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one *** Before arriving at the property, you will receive a link to register the details of ALL guests, and you will also need to pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
The staff responsible for handing over the keys will not do so until this process is fully completed. The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is €1.00 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 do not pay). RESPONSIBILITY Booking the property implies acceptance of the house rules.

Parties and smoking inside the apartment are not permitted.
For irresponsible behavior, the owner may request immediate departure from the property without right to compensation or refund. It is prohibited to use the property with a number of occupants exceeding its capacity. Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and agree to return it in the same condition as they found the accommodation and its equipment, excluding repairs of appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property. If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately, and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. For stays of 28 days or more, electricity, water, and gas supplies are included up to a maximum of €200 per month.
If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference.
The host will send a request through Airbnb for the required amount, which the guest must accept and pay. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, with the kitchen tidy and the trash in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
All arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:59 PM will incur a surcharge of €50.
Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will incur an additional charge depending on the case. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain the operation of the facilities.
If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid delays. Before your arrival, the details of all guests must have been registered and the tourist tax paid.
This is a completely MANDATORY requirement by the Spanish authorities, so keys will not be handed over if this point is not met. Loss of keys will incur a supplement of €50 per set and €75 for the parking remote.
