Somewhat elevated above the village of S'Arracó, lies the very well maintained, about 120 years old finca. The beautiful, comfortable guest house El Nido (the nest) offers various terraces on different garden levels with interesting, Mediterranean plants. The large pool is exclusively for the use of guests who have booked the house.
An ideal place for people who like the proximity to a typical Majorcan village, its many amenities: The weekly market every Saturday, the "communication center" in the church square, supplied by the opposite bar and the Argentine restaurant, ideal excursion u. Sports such as golf, tennis, diving, hiking, water sports, appreciate. 4km to the beautiful beach of San Telmo or the chic, feudal Porto Andratx. A manageable supermarket is the pride of the community and also offers fresh croissant and baguettes on Sunday mornings.
The house has a total living area of about 105 sqm:
On the ground floor, the cozy living room-dining room, with open fireplace. A traditional masonry kitchen, which contains everything rich, what you need for its comfortable service.
For the renting of 2 people is located on the upper floor a large bedroom with a French window to capture the view of the mountains, a private shower room, sink, toilet, a separate dressing room with safe use on request.
