Magnificent villa for a quiet holiday. Secure property of 4000 m2 with swimming pool (closed in winter), pool house, pétanque field, Wickey playground. Ideal location in green Provence (10 minutes from Sainte-Victoire, 12 minutes from Aix and 30 minutes from the sea with Marseille, Cassis and its creeks, La Ciotat, etc.).
House of 134 m2 with 3 bedrooms (CH1 - 1 king size bed, CH2 - 1 double bed 140x200), CH3 - 1 single bed + 1 mattress on the floor if necessary, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC upstairs and 1 WC downstairs, 1 large fitted kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room and a large south-facing terrace. We went to this beautiful location in July 2024 as a family of four. In preparation for our stay we had a great contact to the owners, Koen and Celine, who explained everything detailed and gave us instructions for everything and a lot of information about the surrounding areas and visiting places.

Buiten de ambetante buurman geen opmerkingen. Alles klopt zoals de omschrijving en is zeer rustig. Aangenaam genieten op terras en zwembad. En een zeer goeie airco aanwezig. Speelgoed voor kinderen is aanwezig en een zeer mooie lectuur kast.
