Private plot 200m2, enclosed plot, car space, the chalet is located in a fully enclosed residential leisure park secured with a concierge, it is located near the coast, rue du fort Samson in Grandcamp-Maisy Fisheries and marina,
On the park at 300 metres from the chalet, a heated indoor swimming pool with free access from April to October,
a children's pool, a playground, a games room and a petanque court.
The chalet consists of:
1 living room with open kitchen open to the spacious living room with sofa, dining room under veranda,
1 parental bedroom with 140x190 bed with 2 quilts 220 x 240, 2 pillows
1 bedroom 2 beds 80x190 with 2 quilts 200 x140, 2 pillows
The household linen (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) is provided by you.
Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, hairdryer, washing machine

Chalet bien aménagé, très propre et bien équipé. On a passé un très bon séjour au calme et on a profité de la piscine chauffée. Les propriétaires nous ont fait un cadeau de bienvenue et nous ont appelé à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Nous conseillons ce logement.
