The house has been recently renovated; is equipped with new furniture and appliances (satellite TV, refrigerator, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, iron, hairdryer). The house has air conditioning and mosquito nets. There is a water reserve.
The Residence is a 10-minute drive from Pula and the archaeological site of Nora; a few minutes drive from the beaches of Chia, Tuerredda, Porto Campana, Cala Cipolla, Capo di Spartivento, etc ..
Inside the Residence, right on the beach, there is an excellent restaurant, pizzeria, bar and a playground for children.

Es war sehr angenehm, in der Zeit, als wir da waren, war die ganze Anlage fast leer, da die Schule schon in Sardinien begonnen hat.
