The villa is located in Caldetas, 30 km from Barcelona—25 minutes by car and 40 minutes by train. The train drops you off at Plaza Catalunya or Paseo de Gracia.
The Space
The main entrance opens into a wonderful hall from which you can access the stairs leading to the different levels of the mansion.
On the ground floor, you’ll find 3 beautiful rooms and two bathrooms:
- 1 large room with an en suite bathroom and a large closet, featuring private access to a wonderful terrace with views of the sea. You can practically touch the medieval tower from here!!! (1 extra bed or cot can be added).
- 2 double rooms, 1 with access to the terrace and the other with a large window. These 2 rooms share a bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find:
- another room with an en suite bathroom and a double bed (which can be converted into twin beds).
- 3 more double rooms with 2 shared bathrooms (1 extra bed or cot can be added).
- a laundry and ironing room, a washing machine, and plenty of closets.
Downstairs, the central living area features a dining room, a cosy fireplace with sofas, and a reading nook with views of the garden and the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator and freezer, a pantry area, a dishwasher, and a separate entrance.
Your stay at Torre Verda includes access to the private terrace overlooking the garden, which features a large table and chairs.
The medieval tower next to the main house is open by special request only.

- Outdoor parking for up to 2 cars.
- Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
- If you are interested in events, celebrations, photo or film shoots, etc., please contact us for availability and prices (special conditions may apply).
- External visitors or vendors (catering, photography, etc.) require written permission from the owner.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay at the property.
