Our house can accommodate up to 9 people.
Located 10 minutes from Aix en Provence, in a quiet residential area of the village of Eguilles, it offers a beautiful view of the Aix countryside and the castle.
The village center and shops are within walking distance within 300m.
The swimming pool (9m x 4m), fenced, faces south, with the shade of the hedge very pleasant in the middle of the afternoon.
Next to the swimming pool, you can enjoy the barbecue, a boules court and a table tennis table.
The house, on 3 levels, has no vis-à-vis.
Upstairs, we have a large master suite with bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with American kitchen and a large veranda fitted out as a dining room. A terrace allows you to eat outside.
On the garden level, you can find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the swimming pool and a shower room with wc.
WC on all levels.
Private garden and parking spaces.
We like to exchange with our future tenants before any commitment to establish a relationship of mutual trust.

Nous avons été reçus par les charmants propriétaires de cette maison.
Tout était propre aussi bien l'intérieur que l'extérieur avec de petites attentions, c'est toujours agréable ( sauf le barbecue que nous avons dû nettoyer)
La maison est fonctionnelle, cuisine bien équipée, les chambres sont agréa...
