The apartment is located in the historic centre of Granollers, 50 metres from Porxada Square, the true heart of the city. It is situated in the pedestrian zone right in the heart of the commercial district, surrounded by restaurants of all types and price ranges.
A 115 m² exterior-facing apartment with direct access to the city’s main shopping street. Fully equipped and recently renovated. Very cosy and quiet.
The apartment is divided into four rooms: a kitchen-dining area, a double bedroom, a shared bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire floor is hardwood, and the apartment has air conditioning (heating and cooling).
