• The property is located in a quiet residential area. Parties and events are not allowed, in order to respect the neighborhood.
• For security reasons, a valid ID may be requested upon arrival (standard procedure).
• One baby (under 2 years old) is welcome free of charge. If more than one baby is traveling, additional babies must be added as “children” in the reservation.

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Late check-in fees:
• 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM : €30

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Vororte von Paris. Restaurants, Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhe und Entspannung nach einem ereignisreichen Tag sind perfekt in der Wohnung. Alles in allem perfekt!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von der Agentur sehr gut betreut. Die Ausstattung ist ordentlich, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Fußweg zur Metro betrug etwa 6 Minuten, dadurch hatte man eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt.

Es ist eine super Wohnung in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und hat dennoch eine prima Verkehrsanbindung ins Zentrum, ca. 10min. zu Fuß bis zur Metro. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
