You will enjoy the space and the warm atmosphere of this detached house and its beautiful flowered and decorated garden, nestled in the heart of a village in Sundgau, at the foot of the Alsatian Jura.
Thought to be a house to live, we have equipped and fitted out in this sense:
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining area open to the living room (sofa, flat screen TV, DVD, HIFI), bathroom (hydrojet shower) washing machine / dryer and WC.
1st floor: bathroom (hydrojet shower & bathtube), separate WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) with large balcony.
2nd floor (open onto the stairs): large space with 4 single beds, 1 sofa bed, lounge / library / TV corner.
Heated by a central pellet heating (included in the rental price), additional fireplace (wood kit can be bought from owner). Baby equipment available on request. Garden (fenced), car park & private courtyard closed by an electrical gate, balcony & terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis table. The prices indicated for 7 people & 1 Baby. Additional accommodation 1 pers. / 1 bed: € 75 / week or € 10 / night. the weekend. Regional product offered. Beds made on arrival. Free WIFI access. Animal price at 10 € / animal / day.
