Recent and refined decoration. Small terrace, view of the trees with table and chairs. 1 Master bedroom with 1 bed 160 and a desk. 1 Bedroom with sofa bed for 2 people + 2 single beds, art deco style bathroom with bathtub that can be used as a shower, separate toilet. Beautiful open kitchen very functional and equipped. Cosy living room dining room with large screen TV, wifi. Very quiet area, (the countryside in Paris) at the foot of the Bois de Vincennes (lake 10 minutes walk) 1 minute from the RER station, near the floral park, 10 minutes from the centre of Paris by RER. Very nice swimming pool (with sauna and gym) 10 minutes walk). Very suitable for a family tourist stay and for longer duration (internship or professional training...). 10% discount from 7 days. An extra charge of 20 euros / day will be requested for a 5th person.
The time of entry into the premises can be adjusted to the arrival of passengers, after consultation.

Kommunikation war fantastisch. Wenn Hilfe benötigt wurde, wurde gleich unterstützt. Wunderschöne Wohnung mit französischem Flair. Tolle Umgebung. Sehr nahe an der Metrostation und einer herrlichen Boulangerie. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit direkter Anbindung über die Bahn ins Zentrum von Paris. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Einkaufs-/ und Parkmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung vorhanden.

Appartement convivial et chaleureux. Avec la station du RER à deux pas, on accède au cœur de Paris en 15 min. Un marché public se tient deux fois semaine derrière la station: un «must»!
