Located in the heights of the charming little Provencal village of Pourrières, this 175 m² villa, ideal for families, enjoys beautiful views of the famous Sainte Victoire mountain, Mont Aurélien and the village.
The wooded land of 2400m², fully fenced, includes various spaces.
Around a large heated swimming pool (9.5 * 4.5), completely private, not overlooked, fenced with a child safety gate, the sun loungers and deckchairs can be placed either in full sun, in the shade of oak trees, or under a covered terrace .
Young children and readers will appreciate the submerged bench seat on the poolside.
The outdoor shower is very nice.
While some are swimming, others can play table football or play pétanque on the adjoining boules pitch, including at the end of the day because the space is lit. An extension of the dining room, a terrace shaded by a wisteria offers a beautiful view of the village.
From the summer lounge, and the west garden, the sunset behind the Sainte Victoire is sumptuous. Inside, a living room with mezzanine opens onto the dining room and the kitchen.
The rooms are composed of: - a double bedroom upstairs - 2 bedrooms with a single bed on the ground floor - 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor - 1 playroom / guest room, with sofa convertible into 140. Adaptations are possible in terms of sleeping arrangements. The villa is in a quiet area, less than 10 minutes walk from the village center and shops.
In order to maintain good relations with the neighborhood, parties are prohibited during the rental. Without taking the car, on foot or by bike, you can discover the vineyards, walk along the Provence canal, climb the heights of Sainte Victoire, inhale the sweet scents of the garrigue and observe magnificent landscapes on all the reliefs of the region. Ideally located for visiting the region: Aix-en-Provence (20 minutes), Cassis (45 minutes) and the creeks of Marseille, the Verdon, its gorges and its lakes (Esparron (1 hour), Sainte-Croix ...). Note: possibility of using an electric Wallbox type charging station to recharge the electric car.
