90 m2 house on 2 levels with bike room. Living room (flat screen TV) opening onto wooden terrace and enclosed garden of 45 m2 with iron garden furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, independent with dining area. Upstairs, 2 very comfortable bedrooms (160 cm bed), large contemporary bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, cupboards and cupboards, separate wc.

A lovely stay in this apartment which has everything you need. We were here for a week. The kitchen is well equipped, the garden is small but very private. Pascale and Jean were lovely owners and provided us with a bottle of wine and food for our first breakfast. They also allowed us a late check out on our final day. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely house, well appointed, small private garden & car parking on street outside. Pascale & Jean live next door & made us very welcome. Jean introduced us to his excellent wines at his Cave & gave us so much information about the processes. Lezignan makes an excellent centre for exploring the surrounding area, Carcassonne & Narbonne.

Great host, very friendly and generous with a welcome pack and wine. We enjoyed visiting an buying from their cave. The local bar was very friendly, the local market was brilliant. The gité itself was the best equipped we have stayed in anywhere; a home from home. Only thing wrong was the lack of BBQ. We WILL stay again in the future.
