This beautiful and cosy 120 m² rural house is located in the village of San Román de Villa, with just 250 residents, in the Asturian municipality of Piloña.
It is a single-family home with no common areas, ideal for rural, sports, or culinary tourism. Fully equipped, the home is perfect for families or groups seeking peace and quiet and a connection with nature.
With room for up to 6 guests, you’ll find everything you need here for an unbeatable stay.
The Space
As you can see in the photos, the house is divided into three floors and consists of the following spaces:
- On the ground floor, a living-dining area with a sofa, television, and a fully equipped open kitchen.
- On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—connected by a terrace. There is also a full bathroom.
- On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with two beds and another full bathroom with a shower; both rooms feature sloped ceilings.
This is a warm and welcoming space, designed to make the most of the layout and ensure guests have the best possible stay.

Guests have access to the entire property.
Towels, linens, and hand soap are included.
The property has heating.
You’ll also have access to an outdoor parking space.
