Small family house, very quiet 400 m from the beach.
It is air conditioned and has internet access.
You can put your vehicle inside in the small courtyard, the gate closes with keys.
It consists of 4 rooms: 1 living room with fitted kitchen. 1 BZ in 140 cm, 1 table with 4 chairs. 1 small bedroom ideal for children with its loft bed (downstairs sofa bed in 130 cm, upstairs bed in 90). 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed overlooking the garden.
Shower room with washbasin cabinet, 1 wc and a shower.
At the back of the house you have a garden with its table and 6 armchairs for the dining area, 3 relax, a small table with 2 small chairs for children. 4 low relaxation armchairs and its small table for its relaxation or aperitif corner.
You also have a large barbecue with many grills.
This house is a second home.
My mother-in-law had it built in the 1970s.
Each year we try to improve both the interior and the exterior so that our tenants really feel at home.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine , la maison est bien équipé, avec la chaleur la climatisationétait très agréable. la situation de la plage accéssible à pied est un plus .
