The large kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, wine cellar, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...), central island and granite worktop.
The large living room is equipped with a 126 cm television with blue ray player, fibre Internet, Bluetooth speaker and the dining room with a convivial dining table.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
As for the rooms, the house is composed as follows:
-1 suite with a double bed, private bathroom, toilet and dressing room,
-1 suite with a double bed and 2 single beds, shower room, toilet and dressing room,
-2 bedrooms with a double bed share a shower room and toilet,
-1 Pod (comfortable garden chalet) with 2 single beds.

Complete equipment for baby (cot, high chair, etc.).
Outdoors
La Casa du Lez has a beautiful landscaped garden, with children's swings, 3 terraces with different exposures allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day (or to get in the shade of a too intense sun), an outdoor swimming pool (7m x 4m) secured by a submerged roller shutter, controlled with a remote control.
On request, the swimming pool can be heated and is therefore usable all year round.
The terraces are equipped with deckchairs, outdoor lounge, tables and plancha.
Take advantage of the leisure facilities offered by the villa: petanque court, ping pong table and table football.
