There are no parking problems, as within a radius of less than 4 walking minutes there are several underground public car parks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking and as for the rooms, they are delivered with sheets and towels, already included in the price.
Likewise, the tourist apartment Opari-Basque Stay has free WiFi of good quality that guarantees a good download and upload data speed.

Es la primera vez que alquilamos un apartamento.
Nos ha gustado mucho la libertad de movimiento respecto a una habitación de hotel. El espacio del salón, la amplitud de las habitaciones.
Además está muy bien situado.
El aparcamiento: no se puede aparcar por la zona. Estaría bien un descuento con un parquing (30€ diarios es muy caro).

La amplitud de las estancias, la ubicación ya que está como en el medio de todas las zonas más relevantes de la ciudad (Kursal, plaza Ayuntamiento, Bulevar, Casco Viejo, Paseo de la Concha,...) y la comunicación con autobuses para moverte al resto es muy cercana y muy buena.
