It has 3 bedrooms (two of them double) and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has a large outdoor area where you can cook on the barbecue while enjoying the pool. Guests have access to all areas of the house. It concentrates all types of educational equipment and services (among which the University School of the Red Cross, the Center of the Vallés of the Institute of Theater of the Diputación de Barcelona, the IES Montserrat Roig or Escuelas Pías), sanitary (the Mutual of Terrassa, the Hospital of San Lázaro, several primary care centers), commercial (the Mercado de la Independencia), financial (the central offices of the Caja de Terrassa), cultural (the Central Library, the Alegría Theater, the Sala Maria Plans , the Main Theater, cinemas and exhibitions, the Tobella Archive, the Cultural Center of the Caja de Terrassa), communicative (the writing of the Diario de Terrassa), etc. It has two of the railway stations in the city: the North Station (Cercanías Renfe - Metro de Terrassa), the Paseo del Veintidós dos de Julio, and the Terrassa Rambla de los FGC (Metro de Terrassa), on the Rambla of Egara All this half an hour from Barcelona by public transport!
