Dom'e Pedra (stone house) is located in the historic center of Baunei, a town that preserves the magic of authentic Sardinian culture and the most ancient traditions. The house has been recently renovated trying to reconcile the Sardinian art of ornaments with the comfort of modernity. Dom'e Pedra with its stone walls, the wood of the doors, the juniper beams, the antique furniture and the colorful flowers will certainly win you over. At the entrance you will find the living room with a fireplace and an equipped and functional kitchenette; the stairs will lead you to the two double bedrooms located one on the first and one on the second floor. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with a large shower. On the second floor there is also a small terrace with table and chairs.
The rooms are equipped with independent heating and air conditioning. The house is also equipped with a microwave with grill, water boiler, toaster, iron and ironing board and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free Wifi throughout the house. Towels and sheets are provided and included in the price. The consumption of water and electricity are included in the price except for a daily supplement of €. 5.00 for the use of heat pumps.

Die Lage war toll, der Kontakt mit Graziella war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es ist ein schönes altes Haus im wunderschönen Baunei.
Im Wohn-/Kochbereich war es leider sehr dunkel da eins der beiden Fenster oft zugeparkt war.
Wer es authentisch mag ist hier jedoch genau richtig.

Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr stylisch eingerichtet, das Bett war gut, der Balkon war für 2 Personen angenehm, die Bäder sind gut renoviert, eine Ablage beim Waschbecken wäre schön. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet aber sehr eng, genau wie die kleine Sitzecke, ein richtiger Wohnbereich fehlt ganz...
