Betten sind sehr gut, Küchenausstattung ausreichend, 500m vom Meer entfernt und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. 2 Terrassen vorhanden und sehr gut nutzbar für Speisen im Freien. Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte, wobei man von den Bewohnern der anderen Hälfte kaum etwas mitbekommt. Der Strand ist etwas 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
