The house is attached on one side, on the beachfront, with private street with access to the sea.
From the door of the house, down the private street, you can walk in 15 seconds to the beach !!! It has 5 rooms, kitchen, dining room and 2 complete bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower), Barbecue and large solarium of 80 m2 with sea views and away from the view of curious, in addition to two terraces bordering the house plus the solarium. It has bedding, crockery and complete kitchen utensils. There is an oven and gas stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two televisions available. There is no heating system. The municipality of Moncofar has five small stone beaches, and before entering the water, sand. It is only 8 km from the Vall d'Uixó where the largest navigable underground river is located, 6 km from Burriana (with its fishing port) and 20 km from Castellón de la Plana (with plenty of Tourism and Leisure options. Un gran sitio, nos sentimos en casa desde el primer momento. Gracias a José Luis y Carmen por su amabilidad, disposición y ayuda en todo momento.
La casa es cómoda, grande y bonita, a un paso de la playa y es tal cual se observa en las fotos.
Lo recomiendo al 100%.

A toda la familia les pareció una casa muy bien distribuida, con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días de playa. El estar ubicada junto a la playa y con un entorno tranquilo y bello, nos ha posibilitado disfrutar de nuestros nietos. También hemos disfrutado de la pesca. Una excelente experiencia veraniega.
