Heerlijk terras met de hele dag zon.In het huis is alles wat je maar bedenken kan aanwezig. De omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen en Altea is een gezellig stadje met een mooie boulevard

Mooi appartement/maisonnette. Groot terrastuin met veel diverse zitmeubelen. Huis heeft wat groot onderhoud nodig: schuifpui heel moeilijk te sluiten. Binnen is het kil omdat er geen zonneschijn in komt. Een extra raam zou uitkomst bieden.
