A laundry room with 1 washing machine and 2 dryers. Kitchen: fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, food processors, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.

- (Note: 2 additional sea-view bedrooms + 1 extra bathroom are available as an option to accommodate up to 20 guests).
- Feel free to let us know if you have any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
- Important Note: Located in an extremely quiet area, parties and group events are strictly prohibited. The maximum capacity of 16 guests (or 20 with the extra option) must be respected at all times.
- An optional 50 sq. m meeting room and a second 20 sq. m kitchen can be rented upon request (pricing available on demand).
- Check-in: 5:00 PM Check-out (weekdays): 9:00 AM Check-out (weekends / short stays): 5:00 PM (provided no new guests are arriving the same evening). Times can be flexible—please reach out if you have any questions.
- Heating: Full house heating is active from October to April. Outside of these months, the wood-burning stove in the living room/kitchen is at your disposal.
