This chic, central bolthole is ideal for small families, friends or couples wanting to be close to the restaurants, theatres and attractions of Eastbourne.
Set in a period property with delightful high ceilings and sash windows, but stylishly modern inside, this first floor apartment is located on Spencer Road, by the renowned 'Little Chelsea' area of Eastbourne with its independent boutiques, cafes and bars. It is a stone's throw from the Devonshire Park tennis, where the pre-Wimbledon championships take place, and Eastbourne's family-friendly beach is just a five minutes stroll.
The welcoming hallway, complete with art wall, leads to a contemporary, open plan living space. The stylish gloss kitchen includes a fridge, hob, oven, microwave and cooking equipment, and there's a small dining table to seat four. The lounge area includes a large flatscreen, multi-channel Smart TV and an iPod docking station, and free WiFi is provided.
The master bedroom can be set up as a kingsize or with twin beds, and the second bedroom is a single making this an ideal apartment for up to three people.
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, and houses a small washing machine.
All towels and linen are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels). In peak season, bookings have a week-long minimum stay, from Saturday to Saturday. Short stays may be available out of season and last minute. Discounts may be possible for long stays.

Lovely part of Eastbourne. The flat is exactly as advertised, which is to say very good. Comfortable, fashionable and warm. Would return.
