Charming apartment located in an ancient villa dating back to 1600 recently renovated.
The interiors are furnished with care and attention to detail with antique Tuscan furniture without neglecting comfort. There are various opportunities offered by the city of Pistoia, which is 5 kilometers away, and its surroundings: churches, palaces, museums, the famous Robbian frieze from Ceppo, the spa in Monecatini, the Pinocchio Park in Collodi. We also remember the excellent restaurants where you can taste the typical Tuscan dishes (soups, farinate, ribollita, tripe, steak, tagliata) and the cellars of the farms where you can taste and buy Chianti wines. In less than an hour's drive you can reach the main cities of art and the most characteristic places of Tuscany: Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano.
For those who love the sea, the wide beaches of Versilia, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are particularly close. The Casa al Sargente, located in the middle of the olive groves on the first hills of Montalbano, is above all the ideal place to relax in contact with nature.

The apartment consists of a large living-dining room, a kitchenette (with large work surface, sink, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge), a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with tub.
In the rooms there is air conditioning. The apartment has in common with the other guests, the swimming pool of m. 10 x 5, parking, laundry (washing machine, iron and ironing board).

This property and the hosts were both so warm and welcoming. The views from every direction are incredible! What a luxury to have a pool to cool off in after a day of exploring. We had everything we needed and felt very well taken care of.

The home was cozy and very authentic feeling. As the home is located up the hillside, watching the sunrise and the mist dissipate over the course of the morning was picturesque. The property and surrounding area is well kept with greenery and fruit and olive trees growing everywhere. Our stay was tranquil and peaceful, and felt very authentic and uniquely Italian!
