This villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation that provides exceptional tranquillity. At 5 minutes distance, there is the small village of Pedania de La Higuera. The house offers a great view over the mountains of El Torcal de Antequera, a well-known nature reserve in Andalusia.

This rustic holiday home is provided with three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower, in addition to a living room with fireplace and a completely equipped open kitchen. The house is also equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, heating through electric radiators, a baby bed, and antenna television.

Andalusian summer can be extremely hot, but lucky enough the house is provided with a swimming pool with sun loungers, where you can cool yourself off, a porch and a typical Andalusian-styled covered barbecue.

The house has well water, which is not drinkable.
