The two and three-bedroom apartments, each with a taste for detail, tastefully and modernly furnished, are located in a neat 2-family house, only about 100 meters from the lake and from the beach.
It is a sunny, central and quiet location close to the Giona park.
Shops for daily needs as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. are within walking distance.
On the beautiful lakeside promenade you can walk to Luino on foot.
There are also good rail, bus and ship connections from Maccagno.
In about 500 m you arrive at the mooring for ships, which regularly run on the lake and transport you almost everywhere.
The well-equipped apartments have a welcoming outdoor area consisting of 2 balconies or 2 terraces and a sunbathing area of approx. 300 m², where you can enjoy meals and sea views, as well as relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
The kitchenettes are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster, thus offering every comfort.
In the house there is a storage room with washing machine.
Should you feel longing for the rest of the world during your stay, you will be provided with a free WLAN Internet access to navigate the Internet.
Each apartment has two parking spaces within the enclosed grounds.
On request a buoy and a cot are available.

Von der Buchung, über die Übergabe bis zur Rückreise hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch nützliche Utensilien die man selten benötigt, sind in der gut ausgestatteten Küche zu finden. Die Lage, der Blick auf den See und die kurzen Wege in die Stadt, zum Strand, zum Supermar...
