L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Il est très propre et a été rénové récemment (peinture, décoration, salle d'eau). Le matériel de cuisine est complet. Le réfrigérateur-congélateur a une bonne contenance ce qui est utile car les commerces sont dans la vallée à St Martin Vésubi...
